Ron LaJeunesse is an Equal Employment, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Leadership Development expert who aid clients in developing organizational and personal excellence. Mr. LaJeunesse has extensive expertise in Federal EEO & grievance procedures, EEO counseling and formal investigations, EEO policy development, employee training & development to include diversity and harassment seminars, organizational assessments, conflict resolution & mediation, team building, curriculum development, motivational seminars and other areas related to organization effectiveness. Much of his career has focused on helping organizations unleash their employee’s potential through leadership development, problem solving and team-based approaches to continuous improvement.

Throughout Ron’s distinguished 24 year military career he lead 5 Equal Employment Centers to be recognized as “Best in Air Force” and developed benchmark organizational assessment programs that directly contributed to organizational success. The work he’s done in conflict resolution & team building has saved the federal government and private companies thousands in potential payouts and lost work hours. Ron has performed hundreds of motivational speaking events that have proven to hit the nail on the head 100% of the time.

His exceptional work in the field resulted in him being honored as Pacific Air Force’s NCO of the Year, EEO Counselor of the Year, 10 Outstanding Young American Award nominee and Semper-Comm Award for service above and beyond the call of duty. Twice he’s received the Air Forces highest professional development leadership award for excellence.

Community Leadership

For many years Ron served with youth programs as a little league baseball and soccer coach, teacher and mentor. He’s performed as key note speaker at city wide youth events in Hawaii, Oklahoma, California and Italy. Ron and his wife have served in marriage development programs and coordinated large community family events. Ron was very active in leading students to serve with homeless shelters, Habitat for Humanity and other community outreach programs. He helped raise thousands of dollars through booster clubs and led dozens of outreach committees specializing in ethnic / minority observance celebrations.

Ron is the Human Resource Solutions representative for the Niceville Chamber of Commerce.

Professional Certifications and Educational Background

Ron holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Science from the University of Southern Colorado, is a graduate of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, and holds certifications in EEO Counseling, Investigator and Mediation.
