Kandi Gardiner
Personal and Professional Development Coach, Trainer

Personal and Professional Development

Kandi’s passion lies in the personal and professional development of individuals who wish to achieve excellence and promote positive change in their lives. Kandi holds a degree in Psychology and has over the last 12 years, developed and implemented life coaching programs to inspire and support youth, women and couples in the United Kingdom and in the United States.

Kandi offers life coaching “by design”. Workshops and individual sessions are hands-on and interactive. The Nurturing the Parent program empowers the parent as they guide their children into adulthood, a feat especially challenging for a working parent. Family Action Plans can help working parents feel more positive about their career, knowing they are achieving work life balance. The Individual Life Coaching program begins with a strengths assessment and addresses topics such as self image, organization for home and work, wellness, relationships, communication and personal presentation. Kandi also offers Image Consulting for individuals getting back into the workplace after years at home, or those who just wish to re-invent their look.

Leadership

Kandi has experience leading counselling teams, both in family work and with crisis units. Kandi’s company in the United Kingdom, Life Management Firm, LLP, serviced the local education system and social services. Kandi also provided individual consulting for woman and couples, and at that time, designed the Love Coaching program. Kandi has assisted Scottish Integration Teams in updating assessment procedures and implemented Life Enhancement workshops in local high schools.
