Kami is a Human Resource Generalist with expertise in all aspects of Human Resources. Her background includes Human Resources in Banking, Healthcare, and Hospitality. She specializes in payroll, worker’s compensation, employee relations and documentation.

Kami began her career in banking where she spent 6 years as an HR generalist. After that she went on to direct an HR department in Healthcare and now into hospitality where she has directed the HR function in opening a 4 star hotel and resort and well as recruiting and hiring over 600 associates. She has extensive experience with payroll, training, and creating the HR function for new or small businesses.

Community Leadership

Kami currently participates in the Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Panama City Beach Society for Human Resource Management, and the National Society for Human Resource Management.

Professional Certifications and Educational Background

Kami received her Bachelor’s degree from Troy University in Psychology and then went on to pursue her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University.
