Dr. David Goetsch

Business and Consulting Expertise
Dr. David Goetsch is a past Vice President of Northwest Florida State College where he also served as Professor of Quality, Business and Management. He is the author of 67 books on quality, leadership, management and supervision. Six of his books are bestsellers and three of them have been translated into foreign languages (Korean, Malaysian and Indonesian). He has served as a consultant and trainer for numerous organizations ranging from small businesses to large corporations and is a widely recognized public speaker on quality, leadership and management-related topics.
Community Leadership
Dr. Goetsch is a member of the American Society for Quality and the American Management Association. He is co-founder and past-president of the Okaloosa Economic Development Council, board member of the Walton Economic Development Council, past president of the Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, past president and current Board Chair of the Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce, board member of the Crestview Chamber of Commerce and Foundation board member of the Walton Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Goetsch has been Northwest Florida’s “Economic Development Volunteer of the Year” two times (1992 and 1996).
